Sligo Woodland School will be running a series of workshops again with the amazing Rachel Major-Bird. Each workshop can be done as a stand alone however done as a course each builds on the previous one, with experiential exercises that ensures you are actively engaging rather than just listening. The activities range from personal reflection to partner sharing to group challenges, ensuring different learning styles are accommodated

Permission to want more than just being a good employee or Mum
Dealing with guilt around personal desires and ambitions
Rediscovering creativity and personal passions

Workshop 3: Boundaries Are Love Letters – Creating Healthy Boundaries

How to say no without guilt or over-explaining
Setting boundaries with partners, children, extended family, and work
Managing the fear of being seen as “difficult” or “uncaring”

At Sligo Woodland School, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy for all programs:

Cancellation Refunds:

14 days or more before: Full refund (100%)

7–13 days before: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before camp: No refund

Bereavement Exception:
In the event of a family bereavement, a full refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation timing. Please contact us directly in such cases.
